About Me

During my career journey I’ve completed the Information Technology Bootcamp at Course Careers and am currently working through the Google Cybersecurity Certificate. Through various projects I have gained experience using the Bash shell in Linux, applying filters to SQL queries, drafting mock incident reports with detailed analysis, and deeply exploring Azure and networking concepts.

Portfolio

My experience at Course Careers and Google as a student has allowed me to develop my skills in provisioning and troubleshooting Azure Virtual Machines, VNets, and Network Security Groups, as well as administering Active Directory, managing file share permissions, and diagnosing and resolving network issues.

In addition to my technical knowledge, I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. These all combined enable me to excel in my current position as the On-site Application Analyst for all four Disney theme parks (through the Fortune 500 company Accenture). I pride myself on providing superior customer service and ensuring that end-users understand and can effectively utilize technology to improve their productivity.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, help desk and ticketing systems, network security groups (firewalls), ACLs, cloud computing, and Windows Server. I am confident that my combination of technical expertise and people skills would make me a valuable addition to any team.
